About Jessica
Jessica Georgescu brings over a decade of legal, compliance, and regulatory experience to Gallagher & Lipshutz. She supports the firm in complex False Claims Act and high-stakes personal injury matters. She offers sharp analytical insight and a strong background in strategy, compliance, and litigation support. Her multidisciplinary expertise allows her to navigate both legal and regulatory frameworks with precision, delivering practical solutions to complex challenges.
Jessica was born raised in Las Vegas. She completed high school in two years and started college at 16 years old. Jessica worked her way through college as an electrician, gaining first hand insight into how public works are built. Jessica met Kathleen Gallagher during law school, where Jessica served as Kathleen’s upper classman mentor; that mentorship evolved into a trusted professional collaboration grounded in rigorous investigation and passionate client advocacy.
Jessica also works at Ameresco, where she has contributed to numerous government energy and infrastructure projects. This combination of trade experience and government project work gives her a practical understanding of procurement, contracting, and environmental compliance to leverage in government contracting, and environmental fraud matters.
When she is not fighting for justice, Jessica enjoys spending time with her son, Canaan, and her husband, Todd.
